The singer first put her Tuscan Villa-style home on the market in February, just three months after she bought it, for $7.2 million.
Spears, who also has a property in nearby Malibu, decided against selling the house in April, following a month in rehab.
Now the six-bedroom property, which comes complete with a media room and maids' quarters, is being offered for $7.5 million--and the pop superstar is offering up her furniture as an added incentive.
