Kelly Clarkson: 'I Ate a Marijuana Cookie'

HOLLYWOOD - Clean-cut pop star Kelly Clarkson has revealed she once gobbled down a marijuana-laced cookie in Amsterdam.

The "Since U Been Gone" singer admits she took advantage of laws in the European city, where marijuana use is legal.

She tells USA Weekend magazine, "I don't ever do anything illegal here (in America)... I've never tried any drugs. I wouldn't do anything that would cause holes in your brain or your nasal cavity.

"Call me Texan, but I don't think of marijuana like that."

Clarkson insists she has never tried the drug since.
