The couple split in 2006 after seven years together, and Barkin has already been awarded $40 million in her divorce from the billionaire businessman.
However, in a suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, the actress alleges she's still owed more.
She claims Perelman promised to pay more than $3 million to her new production company, Applehead Pictures, in 2005 when he became partners with her and her brother George Barkin.
Her suit says the money was due "in eight payments, four each during 2006 and 2007."
She adds, "Despite numerous requests to abide by the terms of his agreement, Perelman has not made a single one of these payments."
A spokeswoman for Perelman tells PageSix.com he's waiting until given evidence the production company has actually produced anything, insisting, "She (Barkin) has not complied with any of her obligations under the agreement."
