The couple was beaming on the red carpet at the Tony Awards in New York on Sunday, and when reporters quizzed them about their marriage plans, Schreiber had a shock in store.
He said, "We are married."
But the private actor refused to give up any more information as to when and where the pair exchanged vows.
The Ring star Watts is expecting the couple's first baby in August.
