Anne Heche |
A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded videographer Laffoon custody of their child and an unspecified amount of child support yesterday.
The Men in Trees star, 38, will be allowed to visit Homer on alternate weekends.
Laffoon sought primary physical custody of Homer because he claimed his estranged wife had shown "bizarre and delusional behavior" and had "poor parenting skills."
He cited her 2001 autobiography, Call Me Crazy, as evidence of her mental instability.
He also filed for the couple to share joint legal custody of Homer.
In response, Heche alleged Laffoon spent time watching porn and gambling when he should be looking after their child.
Laffoon filed for divorce from Heche in February after five years of marriage and a month after the actress' romance with her Men in Trees costar James Tupper went public.
