The socialite was sentenced to 45 days in prison last month after being found guilty of violating her probation from a drunk-driving arrest last year.
She will be released early next week--with the term taking into account 22 days of credit for good behavior.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy Dana Camarillo says, "As a result of numerous inquiries, it has come to our attention that clarification is necessary regarding the actual release date of Paris Hilton.
"In the case of Ms. Hilton, records specialists from the Inmate Reception Center have calculated her actual release date to be Tuesday, June 26, 2007."
