The 2 Fast 2 Furious star blasted Franco in a Playboy interview in February, insisting he'd never work the super-serious actor again after falling out with him on the set of Annapolis.
And Franco accepts the falling out might have been his fault and admits he has approached Gibson to apologize.
He tells Complex magazine, "We've made up, or I tried to make up with him.
"Maybe I was too into that role. I don't try to be mean to anybody on a movie. In the past I've tended to isolate (myself), and maybe people take that as me being rude or me not liking them, but it's really a way for me to stay in my character.
"I really had nothing personal against Tyrese, but I guess there were a lot of misunderstandings."
In his Playboy interview, Gibson growled, "I never want to work with him again, and I'm sure he feels the same way. It felt very personal. It was f**ked-up."

I've been saying this all over the 'net since I first heard about it! Since Franco is a Method Actor, he probably got himself really mad at Tyrese so it would look better on film. It worked!
Tyrese didn't understand it & there's where the misunderstanding came in. I KNEW IT!
From what is obvious about Franco, he's a mild-mannered guy who just works at his craft & has a refreshing humble attitude about himself that one doesn't often see in Hollywood. I applaud his talent (and everything else about him!) while Tyrese needs to accept the apology & move on. He shouldn't forget that James HAND-PICKED him for his Annapolis role. Wasn't he glad he got it?!?
