According to court papers filed in Los Angeles on Monday, Lopez is due $200,000 in damages, with the remainder covering her legal costs.
Lopez filed her breach-of-contract suit against Noa, whom she divorced in 1998 after less than a year of marriage, because his book would violate a previous settlement that bars him from revealing details of their relationship. She claims Noa asked for $5 million not to publish his book.
As well as deciding the amount of monetary damages, a court-ordered arbitrator ruled Noa should be permanently banned from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to Lopez.
Her attorney has filed legal papers asking a judge to confirm the arbitrator's decision. A court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 5.
