HOLLYWOOD - Futurama creator Matt Groening has announced plans for the cult cartoon series to return as a full-length movie.

Groening and executive producer David X. Cohen revealed that four full-length straight-to-DVD movies are currently being produced, with the first, Bender's Big Score, set for release on Nov. 27.

The four films will then be split into sixteen episodes to be aired on cable network Comedy Central in 2008.
