The DVD mogul, 34, was placed in custody last month on charges of tax fraud of the sum of $20 million.
Francis had been relocated to Nevada from Jackson County Jail, Florida, where he had served a 35-day sentence for verbally abusing seven women during recent lawsuit settlement talks.
The ladies in question are suing Francis for allegedly filming them in sexual situations while underage at Panama City Beach in 2003.
On Monday, Francis was released after U.S. Magistrate Robert A. McQuaid issued his bail order.
Francis' lawyer Aaron Dyer tells TMZ.com, "We are pleased with today's decision. The Court conducted a very thorough analysis of the facts and determined that Mr. Francis' release is appropriate in this case. The Court ruled that the conditions of Mr. Francis' bail were sufficient to compel Mr. Francis to appear in court and to comply with Court orders. Now this allows us to address the issue of bail in his Florida case."
Francis faces more legal problems in Florida, where he has been accused of sexual performance with a minor and bringing contraband into Jackson County jail.
