HOLLYWOOD - The 40-Year-Old Virgin star Catherine Keener and her movie-star husband Dermot Mulroney have made their split official a year after the breakdown of their 17-year marriage.

In court papers, filed in Los Angeles yesterday, Keener cites irreconcilable differences for the split.

The couple, who separated last May, has a 7-year-old son, Clyde.
