The full details of what was determined behind the courthouse's closed doors have not been revealed, but Birkhead seemed thrilled with the outcome.
He beamed, "I'm going to be making some travel arrangements pretty soon, so everything's good for me.
"On my behalf, everything went well and I'm moving towards starting a life with my daughter out of the Bahamas."
