LOS ANGELES, Calif. (April 24, 2007) -- Angelina Jolie has filed court papers petitioning to have Pax Thien Jolie's name changed to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt.
The petition is being made by "mother only". Pax's father is named as "N/A - Adopted Child," and mother as "Angelina Jolie."
Angelina adopted the child from a Vietnam orphanage in March.
Presumably, Angelina wants the child to have the same last name as his three siblings: Maddox Jolie-Pitt, Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt.
