Access The 'Biggest Loser' Season 4

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (September 11, 2007) – The “Biggest Loser” Season 4 debuts Tuesday night on NBC. Right now it’s time to meet the latest crop of losers.

Meet 28-year-old Hollie, a 260-pound cheerleading instructor who has been teased by her own students for her inability to physically perform what she teaches.

“I will be explaining how to do something [and] they are like ‘Coach, why don’t you do it, why don’t you let us throw you up in the air,’” Hollie recounts.

Tipping the scale at an unhealthy 340 pounds, a Tennessee cowboy father of four also hopes an in-shape physique will better compliment his slender, knockout wife.

“People see us all the time and they’re like, ‘Is that her brother? It’s gotta be her brother,’” David sighs.

Hoping to hit the waves in a teeny bikini, Patty, a 280-pound mother of three, uses humor to mask a life-threatening illness which is a direct result of her unhealthy lifestyle.

“Several years ago at just a normal checkup, the doctors determined I had an elevated liver enzyme,” Patty revealed. “I’m not going to be there for my kids, and I have to take control, and it’s something as simple as losing weight.”

And one contestant is literally the biggest loser!

Starting the competition at an astounding 440 pounds, 25-year-old Neil breaks “Loser” history as the heaviest contestant ever! His weight is so dangerously high that he needs a breathing aid to avoid suffocation while sleeping.

“Can you believe I’ve never seen the inside of my attic?” Neil said. “Wanna know why? The attic ladder does not hold 400 pounds.”
