Ty Pennington Arrested for Suspicion of DUI

HOLLYWOOD - TV star Ty Pennington was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs while driving in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The 41-year-old, who presents Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, was stopped by police in Los Angeles at 12:35 a.m.

Pennington was released two hours later after posting $5,000 bail, reports Web site TMZ.com.
