Hilton, 26, will serve time in a California correctional facility after she was found guilty last week of violating a probation order and driving with a suspended license.
And despite the judge telling the socialite she would have to serve the full 45 days behind bars, reports are today claiming she will be allowed out six days early--if she is on her best behavior, according to TMZ.com.
Hilton is hoping to avoid jail time altogether and has already filed an appeal against Friday's ruling.
