Paris Hilton is in hot water.
She will be making an appearance in court today...
And faces jail for supposedly driving with a suspended licence.
The case is over her alleged "flagrant disregard" of a drink-driving ban she received earlier this year.
In court papers, LA city attorney Rockard J Delgadillo has asked that "Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail".
On top of this, he called for Paris to be banned from drinking for 90 days, claiming that she refused to follow a court order insisting she attend an alcohol education programme within 21 days.
If the judge agrees with Delgadillo, Paris will be tagged with an anti-booze device that lets police know if she touches a drop.
To cap it all off, prosecutors also want her £120,000 Bentley impounded.
