HOLLYWOOD - Courteney Cox's post-Friends TV career has been given a boost--her new drama has been picked up for a second season.

FX bosses have booked 13 new episodes of the actress's show Dirt, of which she's the star and producer.

Cox plays a ruthless tabloid editor in the gritty program.
