The pop star blurted out the bizarre announcement when cornered by photographers during a night out on Friday, leaving tabloids to wonder if she was being serious.
Spears allegedly told a videographer, "I really am pregnant."
She added, "I saw these magazines, and they said I was pregnant, and, like, it's so true. Like, America, believe everything you read because, like, you're smart and I'm stupid."
